END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the installation and use of the Pagina 365 software ("Software") provided by TEHNIF ("we", "us", or "our").

By installing or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Free Access

The Software is available free of charge in its standard edition. Users may install and use the Software without payment.

The purpose of the free edition is to encourage learning, experimentation, and community participation.

3. Membership and Workspace Services

TEHNIF offers an optional membership program that provides access to additional services and resources, including but not limited to:

  • Workspace journal

  • Articles and research materials

  • Downloads and assets

  • Code examples

  • Experiments and projects

  • Educational and professional resources

Access to these services may require an active membership.

4. Optional Premium Features

Certain features, modules, or services may require:

  • User registration

  • An active membership

  • A subscription

  • Or a separate license

These features may evolve over time as the platform grows.

5. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install the Software

  • Use the Software for personal, educational, or professional purposes

  • Explore and experiment with its capabilities

You may not:

  • Resell the Software

  • Reverse engineer core components where prohibited by law

  • Distribute modified versions without permission.

6. Community and Ecosystem

The Software is part of a broader ecosystem that may include:

  • Knowledge resources

  • Experimental environments

  • Learning materials

  • Collaborative opportunities

Participation in this ecosystem may require an account or membership.

7. Updates and Improvements

We may provide updates, improvements, or experimental features over time. Some updates may:

8. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will meet all user requirements or operate without interruption.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement as the platform evolves. Updated versions will be published on our website.

Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
