“Free” means there is no cost for installation or use, though some features may require a membership or subscription. You may install, use, and share the Software in its original form, including for internal commercial purposes, but selling it on its own or modifying it is not allowed. For the best experience and to support the community, please report bugs, suggest improvements, and respect this license when sharing the Software. By continuing, you agree to the following END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT terms.

Figura 360 is free to use in any environment — personal, academic, commercial, government, business, non-profit, or for-profit.

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User,” “you”) and TEHNIF SOFTWARE SRL, established in ROMANIA, EUROPEAN UNION (“Company,” “we,” “us”). Permission is granted to any person who obtains a copy of the Figura 360 desktop application (the “Software”) to use, including for internal commercial purposes, and to redistribute the Software free of charge, subject to the conditions below. By installing or using the Software , you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

  1. FREE USE

    The Software is free for use in any environment, including but not limited to personal, academic, commercial, government, business, non-profit, and for-profit contexts.
    “Free” means that no cost or charge is required for the installation and use of the Software itself.

  2. CLARIFICATION OF “FREE”

    “Free” refers solely to the absence of a license fee for installing and using the Software in its current form.
    “Free” does not include:
    • Maintenance, technical support, updates, upgrades, or new versions
    • Hosting, cloud services, or managed services
    • Custom development or consulting services
    • Future features, add-ons, modules, integrations, or premium functionality offered under separate paid terms

  3. MEMBERSHIP FEATURES

    Some features of the Software may require an active membership, subscription, or account. Access to these features may be limited or unavailable without fulfilling the membership or subscription requirements. Memberships or subscriptions may be offered under separate terms and conditions.

    TEHNIF SOFTWARE reserves the right to offer additional services, support, or enhanced versions of the Software under separate commercial agreements.

  4. LICENSE

    The Software is licensed, not sold. You may install and use the Software on devices you own or control.

  5. REDISTRIBUTION

    You may redistribute the unmodified Software in its original form, provided that:
    • You do not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software
    • You include this License and all copyright notices with any redistribution
    • You do not charge a fee specifically for the Software itself (bundling with hardware or services is permitted if the Software remains unmodified)

  6. RESTRICTIONS

    You may not:
    • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code, except where permitted by applicable law
    • Sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the Software as a standalone product
    • Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

  7. TRADEMARKS

    This License does not grant any right to use trademarks except to accurately identify and redistribute the unmodified Software.
    You may not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without prior written permission.

  8. FUTURE VERSIONS

    TEHNIF SOFTWARE reserves the right to release future versions of the Software under different license terms.
    This License applies only to the specific version received under these terms and does not grant rights to future versions unless expressly provided.

  9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of TEHNIF SOFTWARE.
    Paid enterprise licensing or custom licensing agreements may be offered separately at the Company’s discretion.

  10. NO WARRANTY

    The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEHNIF SOFTWARE shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to the use or redistribution of the Software.

  12. TERMINATION

    This License automatically terminates if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the Software and delete all copies.

  13. NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY

    Nothing in this License creates any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and TEHNIF SOFTWARE. You may not represent yourself as an agent or authorized representative of TEHNIF SOFTWARE.

  14. GOOD PRACTICE

    TEHNIF SOFTWARE encourages all users to follow good practices when using the Software. This includes responsibly reporting bugs or security issues, suggesting improvements, respecting this License when redistributing the Software, and helping maintain a safe and productive environment for all users. While these actions are encouraged, they do not create any legal obligations or alter your rights under this License.

  15. GOVERNING LAW

    This License is governed by the laws of EUROPEAN UNION and ROMANIA. If you are a consumer residing in another EU Member State, you also benefit from mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
